« Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war großzügig und sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei, das Brot frisch und lecker. Sehr guter Kaffee. Wir haben dort auch zu Abend gegessen. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. »

« Vétuste, mais en bon état. Notre chambre était propre. Les linges de lit et de bain sont fournis, mais il est nécessaire d'avoir votre savon pour les mains ou vos produits de bain. Il y a du savon et du gel douche en sachet à la réception en cas d'oubli gratuitement. Le patron est accueillant et très à l'écoute. Nous avons pris une chambre confort avec les commodités en chambre. Les portes de chambre étant fines, il est logique d'entendre les pas des clients se rendant dans les commodités...

« Un accueil chaleureux dans un magnifique cadre. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le buffet du déjeuner copieux. Nous avons également eu la possibilité d’avoir un souper au restaurant qui était excellent. A noter qu’il y avait un menu avec la possibilité de choisir si l’on souhaitait une entrée et/ou un dessert. Simple mais très bon! Un deuxième menu végétarien était proposé. Les lits sont très confortables. Ah, et ils produisent leur bières! »

"Très joli hotel, idéalement situé en plein centre de la magnifique ville de Rapperswil et à 2 pas du port et du lac, des rues piétonnes. La literie est exceptionnelle! Chambre très propre. Petit déjeuner vraiment trop simple, peu de choix. Et ce qui nous a embêté, c’est le parking: obligé d’être de retour à 23:00, sinon vous ne pouvez plus y accéder! Donc ol vaut mieux parquer la voiture dans la zone non réservée à l’hôtel."
