This villa is a perfect refuge, allowing travellers to enjoy the charming towns of Benissa, Calpe and Moraira within a few minutes by car. These localities offer a wide variety of water activities, cycling, hiking, as well as the opportunity to delight in local gastronomy in the numerous restaurants and explore the charming shops.



Villa Mariposa, distributed over two floors, invites you to immerse yourself in its Mediterranean charm. The main floor features a glazed porch, ideal for enjoying reading or a pleasant siesta. The living-dining room, meticulously decorated, merges with a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes. The house has three bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other two with a shower, as well as underfloor heating throughout the dwelling and fans to ensure maximum comfort. Additionally, there is a small storage room with a washing machine and ironing board.



With four rooms, Villa Mariposa has capacity for eight people. Two of the rooms have double beds, while the other two have two single beds each.

The sun loungers invite relaxation, while the pergola with built-in benches and an open porch with a barbecue, bar, and a large table for eight people create the perfect setting for incredible meals or dinners al fresco.
