Benidorm City Hall Tours and Activities

I spent 3 nights and 4 days at the hotel at the end of June. On arrival check in was quick and Paco was friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. 2 single beds, the room was spacious, bathroom was clean and tidy & the air con was excellent. The only negative I have, and that others often comment on is the noise. The main road is loud, the walls are very thin and on the first night we didn’t sleep from other guest noise. A rowdy Spanish family that gladly left the following day. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, tapas alley, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Location wise, it’s perfect. The breakfast is lovely and the facilities are clean and tidy. The staff work very hard at this hotel and I’d stay again but I’d bring ear plugs.

The first night the AC didn't work, after speaking to the reception a maintenance man fixed it. The pillows were unusable, they were solid tube shaped and it went straight across the double bed. We were bed and breakfast, it was a shame there wasn't a kettle in the room. Unfortunately our stay coincided with a group (about 60) of school children who were very well behaved but they all descended to the pool and for food all together which was quite noisy. The breakfast choice was very good

Amazing all around. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Stunning rooms, great views, beautiful pool. Would love to visit again.
