  • There's nothing like the expansive, breathtaking views from nearly every room of this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. On the deck you can hear the roar of the Deschutes River below and watch it stream through a forest of Ponderosa Pines. Whether you are seeking outdoor adventures or cozy relaxing, you'll find this to be an ideal location.

    The beautiful views give you the feeling of being secluded in nature while you are also conveniently close to all the fun in and around Bend. You will have endless options for activities in the warmer months with golf, mountain biking, river-floating, hiking and kayaking nearby. The Old Mill District is a short drive (1.5 miles) where you'll find shopping, dining and nightlife. Drive a little further (2.5 miles) to downtown Bend and enjoy amazing restaurants, breweries, and shopping. If mountain sports are on your agenda, Mt. Bachelor (the fifth largest ski resort in North America) is just a 20 minute drive.

    If you'd rather slow down on vacation and leave your car in park, you'll find this condo has you covered. Spend some time enjoying the view while soaking in the private hot tub on the deck (seats 2 people). The Mt. Bachelor Village Resort has an outdoor kids' play structure, large heated outdoor pool (summer only) and two community hot tubs, which are open year round. An entrance to the Deschutes river trail is just down the hill and allows you to walk up and down either side of the rushing river water.

    In the condo itself you'll find all the necessities for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals. A gas grill is located on the deck, along with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The living room has a large sectional couch and gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing.

    For your entertainment, you'll find a flatscreen TV, cable, and high-speed internet. You can access streaming video services with your own account (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video). There is also a DVD library of over 50 classic movies and plenty of board games to enjoy.

    One bedroom features a KING SIZE BED and the other a queen. The layout and size of this condo make it a perfect choice for a family to enjoy time together but have enough space to spread out. For your convenience there is an in-unit washer and dryer. For travelers with children, we offer a pack 'n play available upon request

It was a lovely property. It was super close to Hayden Homes amphitheater. We went to a concert and it took all of 7 min. To get there. The condo itself was lovely and I would definitely stay there again.

The home was well furnished with cooking items, games, etc. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was on point. Beautiful views all around 5 Star. We are looking forward to next year and re-reserving this same unit!The only thing missing was a hair dryer. No big deal, just pack one :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at this beautiful Bend condo! The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the Deschutes River. We loved relaxing on the deck while taking in the peaceful scenery and watching the river flow by.The location was excellent—close enough to the Old Mill District to easily enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment, yet quiet and relaxing when it was time to unwind. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The two bedrooms and two full bathrooms provided plenty of room and privacy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The furniture throughout the condo was comfortable and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bend. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-appointed condo with beautiful river views and a fantastic location, this is the perfect choice!

We left our 4 night rental here and headed for the coast. At every turn we looked at each other and said, "Can we just go back?"Bend and its surroundings are layers upon layers to explore. We soaked it up. Having a home to come back to each evening was the icing on the cake. We stayed during the construction and it was absolutely no problem. Over the weekend it was quiet. On Monday and Tuesday they started at 8a and showed us such respect as we used the hot tub.We didn't have time to write in the guest book, but if we had, I would tell you that throughout our 2 week road trip of northern CA and SW and Central Oregon, yours was our absolute favorite.
