The fully equipped kitchen including a Ninja Dual Brew (pods and grounds), dining area, and living room with 50" smart TV, complete with wood burning fireplace provide a warm and inviting space for you to relax and entertain.

One deck is off the kitchen and provides for a gas barbeque, while the other opens on to a large peaceful grass common area off the living room. Bikes: There are 2 bikes at this home (2 adult). However, we do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible as bikes are not guaranteed, subject to change w/out notice and subject to downtime. Should you arrive and a bike is in need of repair, please notify our office and we will make every attempt to have it repaired. In addition, we do provide discounts for bike rentals at a few of our local shops.

With this rental through Mountain Resort Properties, we provide access to the SHARC Aquatic Center, tennis courts, along with many area discounts. Ask us about our seasonal discounts offered on golf.

SHARC Access 2026 - Free Unlimited: This home provides for 6 free unlimited access SHARC passes. These will be left in the home/condo for your convenience.

Early Summer Getaway

We brought our teenaged son & nephew to Sunriver for our nephew’s first visit to Oregon. The house was clean & smelled great upon our arrival - rare for a pet friendly rental. There were the few dusty places - but overall the house was very clean and was one of the best stocked kitchens in all the houses we’ve rented in Sun River. House has a great layout w/plenty of room to spread out in a great neighborhood. Quick walk or bike ride into town or the SHARC

Update needed ASAP!

Be warned! This unit is in dire need of an update. Upon entering the condo, it has an old, stale smell. The master bedroom is dark, I mean, really dark. Without the bedside lamps, you feel like you are in a cave. The indoor/outdoor carpet is not inviting, and the bathroom was one of the worst we've seen in a VRBO. The amenities were few and far between. We ended up purchasing soap as what was supplied was not adequate. Also, no shampoo or conditioner was included. The unit boasts cable TV, but there was no remote to watch said cable. We attempted to stream our own Netflix, but the Wi-Fi was unstable causing the stream to stall multiple times during viewing. We visit Sunriver annually, and this unit is by far the worst we’ve booked. It really should be updated before being rented again. There were no issues with the property management company that handles this unit, but it is a bit like putting lipstick on a pig. There isn’t much they can do as the unit needs a facelift – ASAP!

This Meadows condo was perfect! It was a nice walk with our Lab to the Village and to Sharc. The house is well furnished and the kitchen well stocked. The dishwasher was broken, so we had to wash dishes by hand, not a favorite task, especially when on vacation, but the management company gave us a price adjustment, so all is good. We would definitely rent this condo again, but probably not in the summer as it appears that it is not air-conditioned. We were so glad that they allow dogs as our Lab goes where we go with rare exceptions.

It was...OK

When we arrived after a long day of driving, the code to unlock the door didn't work. Fortunately, someone helped me when I called the emergency after hour #. Unfortunately, I had to get back in the car and drive to another location to get the key. What a pain! The place was clean, but very dated. It was more spacious than I expected. No Hot Tub! Every other condo in this development has one! I loved the grassy open yard, and the location was close to Village and Sharc center.
