Discover this charming and welcoming villa in Benalmádena, Andalusia. This 130 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay: a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, fan, washing machine, and a workspace. For families, a cot, high chair, and beach towels are available.



Enjoy the private garden, two balconies, and two uncovered private terraces with stunning sea and mountain views. The 360-degree solarium offers panoramic views of the sea and mountains. There is also a private barbecue for outdoor meals.



You can park in a shared spot on the property or on the street. There is shared space for storing bicycles. Events and parties are not allowed. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



The villa is located in La Capellanía, one of the best areas of Benalmádena, in a quiet setting close to the beach and public transport. Please note there are stairs to access the house. Proximity sensors are installed at the entrance and backyard, and a photo detector is located in the living room and lower area; all are switched off during your stay.
