The apartment has a large double bed and a single bed in the separate bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is very bright and is fully equipped with everything necessary, including... Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, TV, Wifi and a large open-plan living room that opens to the dining terrace. The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking. Extras not included in the reservation: Entry before 15 or 16h (depending on general or high season): 20€ Late checkout: Price to be consulted, variable by season. We asked to change flat as soon as we arrived and point blankly refused to stay there! Property has clearly not been updated since it was built in the 70's!!! Most of the kitchen cupboard doors were half hanging on their hinges and floor where the dustbtin was had not been cleaned well, some of the patio sliding doors were broken and held by sellotape and more importantly did not lock, same for the shower screen in the bathroom which was also broken! It has a very big terrace but it's also in great need of attention. Concrete on the bannister crumbling, the side awning was held by an old piece of string which when we removed just fell and had to be rolled up by hand. An absolute disgrace, a flat that should definitely not be listed for rent. Fortunately, we were out of season and agency (who agreed that property was sub-standard) was able to change us to a much better flat in the same building. ##### Richard S.
