« On the plus size this is a truely unique location and the people that converted this space from a dull 1970s BT building to a cool house should be applauded. It's a perfect getaway location and you're truely isolated (in a good way) but with lots of great walks and places to explore. We really enjoyed all the smuggling past nearby. « Loved staying at the French Mill. The Romany Wagon was definitely an added bonus for the girls. It gave them a truly magical and memorable experience. Ideally located and charming holiday rental property for visiting the island. Only sorry not to have been able to actually meet our host Rebecca who was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay.. we were also pretty fortunate with the weather. « Childish, check in key withheld until dead on 1600. Kitchen had everything needed. Parking was a problem. Ended up parking up by the church A lot of free parking taken up with vehicles that dont and cant move. One dishwasher tablet left for three days. One toilet roll in each bathroom. Towels in two single bedroom leave a lot to be desired. Loved the rear court yard. The pond was delightful »

« The chalet was really nice with new and modern decorations. Sufficient of cookware and kitchen utensils. The location was perfect for the nearby beaches and local shops. The only downside was about the amount of toiletries. We had 4 people staying for 3 nights, but there were only 2 toilet rolls and tester-sized shampoo and shower gel. »

The cottage is a short drive to the beach and other attractions, with grocery store quite close. Our hosts were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this delightful place. »

« We were celebrating my 70th birthday along with my three sons, their partners and four young grandchildren. The property was excellent, well-equipped and had a fair-sized swimming pool, which everybody enjoyed. We were there for 3 days and ate out for our main meals. The only issue was that the cleaners had let the owners down by not putting the bedding on in a couple of bedrooms. This was quickly resolved by the agent, Molly. »

"Le point fort de cet hôtel est son emplacement près de la plage superbe, dans 1 quartier vivant sans être bruyant. Les chambres sont simples mais propres et les lits confortables. Les sanitaires communs sont propres. La cuisine est un vrai plus pour petit déjeuner sur place et manger sur le pouce. Attention, il n'y a que 5 places sur le parking, sinon il faut trouver a se garer dans le quartier et payer. Il faut aussi bien respecter son heure d arrivée pour ne pas avoir a attendre le receptionniste. Et si on parle mal l anglais, il faut emmener son traducteur, car le réceptionniste n a pas été très aidant. Hôtel à recommander néanmoins. "
