"Room was fine, pretty basic. Beds were good, rug didn't seem really clean, bathroom was perfectly good, two chairs (one office, one side chair) were far from comfortable. Location is good, with some good restaurant options nearby. Despite the raw temperatures, crowds in the street in the middle of the night were loud enough to wake us. The hotel supplies ear plugs, so it is a known issue that they cannot control, and at least they make an effort to mitigate. Price was good, and I thought it added up to a decent value, but people pickier than me might feel the faults more keenly"

"The staff were nice, the place was clean.. but very outdated. The bathroom door didn’t really close, the peephole cover was broken, and a very odd/unpleasant smell in the room itself, especially the bathroom. This place is a motel, not a hotel, just to be clear. "

"Our stay was great. My girlfriend had a surgical procedure at St. Luke's Sacred Heart in which she had to stay overnight. The hotel was 15 minutes from the hospital. The room was so accommodating with a large desk and full size fridge that I was able to work while she was in surgery and not skip a beat. The staff was aces as well. Whatever I needed, they took care of immediately. If I need hotel accommodations in the Bethlehem area again, there is no question where I am staying. Also looking forward to staying at similar IHG facilities in other cities/states."
