Carpete do chão dos corredores imundo ,água do chuveiro gelada ,não esquentou nenhum dia ,telefone do quarto não funcionava ,e quando trocado ninguém atendeu na recepção ,elevadores com a manutenção vencida em abril ,vagas da garagem insuficientes e de difícil manobra .Foi a pior estadia que tive em toda minha vida . Simplesmente absurdo ,principalmente a higiene dos corredores e a água fria para banho . Vários outros hóspedes revoltados .

Estadia ok. Café da manhã básico, mas bom. Recepção não passou todas as informações no check-in e por isso levei 3 dias para descobrir que precisava pedir a limpeza do quarto. Se não pedir não limpam. Barulhos do corredor são facilmente ouvidos de dentro do quarto. Chave magnética dava problema todos os dias. A revisão períodica do elevador estava com o prazo vencido há quase 1 mês.
