« On a pas eu de chance avec la météo, froide et pluie. Il faisait aussi froid dans la chambre. Il a fallu demander une couverture, des 3 hôtels de notre périple italien, c'est le seul qui n'avait pas de couverture dans l'armoire. De plus, 50 chaines sur la TV toutes en italien. C'est pas sympa pour la clientèle étrangère, il faudrait y remédier. le wifi est faiblard, et surtout trop de bruit de couloir et discutions dans les couloirs, et on entends toutes les nuisances du rez de chaussée dés 6h30...

« Overall not bad but hotel quite noisy (you wake up when the first room in the hotel wakes up, was 6am in our case). Also be careful to ask for non-smoking room. The smell was not so terrible but some parfum was used to cover it. Otherwise perfectly located, close to the rail station and center of Varenna. Employees have been very nice and helpful. »
