They had no porters to help me get my things out of my car and onto a cart and I am handicapped, and there was only one handicap spot and I had to push a cart finally onto an elevator by myself to the sixth floor get it off, maneuver it down a narrow hallway and thank God one of the maids saw me struggling and helped me do...
