Amazing Overlook

The property one was of the most gorgeous homes I've had the pleasure of staying, very comfortable and room for friend and family. The views were amazing and location was close to town.

Excellent place to stay

This is a beautiful home and a perfect location for us. We are a group of golfers and there are many fantastic courses within 30 minutes of this location. Plus, Dale was an excellent property owner with whom to work.

Beautiful House & Property!

Dale's house was both beautiful and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. Plus communication was prompt and clear. Highly recommend the property if you want something unique and off the beaten path!

Happy Independence Day!! 🇺🇸 This is a gem of a property! It is rural but in easy driving distance to Torch Lake, Charlevoix, and many hiking/beach access areas, King Orchards, and more. Our host was easily reached and quickly responded to questions before and during our stay. 💯 recommend!

Beautiful vast property and accommodations; roomy, clean, stunning views, peace and quiet. Short drive to towns, Lake Michigan, boutique shopping, beaches.. Would definitely stay again (and I'm not easy to please). Highest recommendation.

Secluded Escape

This was our family's 2nd stay at Overlook, a perfect escape from the city and busy work-life. Kitchen is stocked with just about everything you might need to prepare meals.The fireplace was a cozy touch for chilly fall days/nights and the supplied wood was super convenient. The hot tub was a fan favorite too! We stayed on the property for our entire stay with the exception of a day trip to Boyne to walk the Skybridge-a great experience with spectacular fall views! We all look forward to another stay at this property.

Bachelorette party

I rented this breath taking cabin for my soon to be daughter - in - laws bachelorette party. This place was absolutely amazing! It was extremely clean and very well maintained. Even the taxidermy mounts were dusted and clean. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We all enjoyed the hot tub, and the fire pit. What a great place for a girls weekend, would definitely return. Every time you looked around you would see something different and unique.The only down side to this place was its slow coffee maker.Other then that everything was perfect!!!!

Great place!

Awesome location and setting at this well-decorated and well-stocked home. Felt very homelike and we didn't want to leave! Lots of space for parking; lots of land for exploring. So close to downtown Bellaire. Interior is perfect. It didn't really matter to us (a family of four), but the listing says 6 bedrooms; however, there are really only 3 bedrooms (two on main level and one in basement). There are two sleeping/bed areas in the loft part of the house, but they are not private (open-air), so it would be hard to go to sleep if people are using the kitchen or other common areas. I'm not sure what was considered the 6th bedroom. Just something to be aware of if you planned on having more people with you. Thanks!

An Amazing Place to Stay!

Relaxing Trip

Cabin was in the best location to Bellaire & local lakes. We enjoyed the quiet and beautifully maintained cabin. It was amazing and well worth the trip. We def will recommend and come back in the future :)

Highly Recommend this Cozy / Contemporary Cabin

What an awesome place. It was clean & the owner was very helpful to make it an enjoyable stay. If you're looking for remoteness, but only minutes from some of the most beautiful water spots in Michigan, this is the place. We plan to go back, when the time permits.
