I must be honest at first I was a bit sceptical about staying in this place. The pictures just didn’t make me feel like it would be a place I want to stay at. So I booked just a few days and then I ended up extending my stay and I stayed here for two weeks I absolutely loved it. The guys that work here were always so attentive and anything I needed or wanted just to make my stay more comfortable. They would always try to get for me. I am so grateful for everyone who works here. I felt safe. I...

Everything was fantastic. Would certainly stay there again.

Lovely quiet place with wonderful gardens and pool. Clean and large rooms, great staff, generous breakfast. Next to 3 in one spa for fabulous massage and a good coffee shop right next door. Great location. I cannot stress how lovely and accommodating staff is.

Absolutely loved our stay with our two puppies. Gorgeous property. From front desk to spa to kitchen staff everyone was very friendly and attentive.

Amazing facility, staff and management. Food is also excellent. Staff will go the extra mile to take care of you. It’s very secluded and quiet, but a quick 15-20min Tuk Tuk ride to town which the hotel can arrange (and have the driver wait for you to drive you back!). 5/5 for sure.

Gorgeous view stunning pool so much fun to check in and out in a vernacular. Absolutely delicious food. Cocktails delicious. A little Diamond in Marisa don’t miss this place.

Amazing! They could not find our reservation when we arrived but they put us in a room, gave us a welcome drink and contacted Hotels.com. The room is amazing, one of the biggest and nivest we have stayed in, in all of sri lanka. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Toast, Jam, eggs, fruit, juice and tea. The guys running the place will help with everything you need and alao leave you alone if you dont need them. 5 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. There...

We stayed at this beautiful new resort, everything about this resort is wonderful, from the amazing staff, the great ocean view room with balcony over looking the ocean and the pool, beautiful bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, in room cappuccino machine, the infinite swimming pool. I could go on and on about this beautiful place. They had one of the most beautiful breakfast buffet presentation I have ever seen at a hotel, all kinds of international cuisine. We also had a great...

Beautiful ocean view with breeze. Very nice pool and excellent breakfast.

Beautiful quiet resort Good Breakfast and nice pool

This is a unique and beautiful property - if you’re looking to relax, be pampered and eat amazing food in a beautiful picturesque location, Kayaam House is a must. I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to. While it is located in a more remote area (and you may need assistance with the hotel transportation to get to the main roads), the remoteness is worth it.
