they Guy on checkin time is totally out of his mind. Giving hard time and not taking cash. when i ask to use different card he say come in morning and refuses to check in at 2 AM in the morning. we are like in Panic where to go in Midnight. ridicules

Great Views Available
The hotel was a quick one night stay for me at the end of my trip but the staff was available 27 hours a day, the room was comfortable and you can’t beat the location, right on Republic Square. I had a great view!

Probably best price to be right on Republic Square. If breakfast is included, even better deal. Breakfast is around the corner at Aurelio's restaurant. Rooms are small but functional and comforable. The entry area to the building is quite dirty and off-putting, but once you take the lift to 5th floor, all is good. Friendly staff. Good WiFi. Recommended.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Belgrade. Very quiet 5th floor. Very modern rooms as good as in Vienna. The stairwell (if you don't take the lift down) is out of a different century.

Great place to stay
Having the junior suite gave you lots of extra room. It was a little difficult to find but once you know it is near the Republic Square it is not so hard.

Best Location, ok service
Location is the probably the best you can find in Belgrade. Room is clean and comfortable. Service was ok, just that when checking-in, despite I was holding two suitcases and the reception was completely free-handed, she didn't bother to offer any help. In the morning, we noticed our door was opened, they didn't care. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Nice hotel on 6th floor of an old and dirty building. Elevator was broken so I had to lug mu bags up all the flights. And the stairwell had no light and hadn't been cleaned in years. Also, hotel was in pedestrian only street, so parking was a bit of a hike with the bags.

In Heart of Republic Square
Great location right in Republic Square. Comfortable bed, modern decor, great bathroom. We had a slightly larger room than others we saw, but all seemed good size. WiFi was pretty slow. And realize that this is a shared building with hotel on 5th and 6th floors. No lobby, but who cares. About six restaurants / bars right down the stairs or (small) elevator - and another 50+ within 5 mins walk. Great location and friendly staff.

Excellent stay!!
The rooms are clean and spacious and you can’t get a better view! The beds are firm which I personally like, so that was a plus! The hotel can’t get any better in terms of location. You are right in the heart of the city center. I’ve enjoyed my stay here and would stay again in the future.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay!!!
This is a fabulous hotel right in the heart of the city center. The condition of the building itself doesn’t look appealing, but don’t let that fool you. I loved the location, the comfort of my room and the friendly staff.

Fabulous location!
Once we found the hotel, we were dazzled by the convenience of its location. The hotel is (on the 4th-5th floors of a building (office?) next to the popular Boutique Cafe on one of the corners of Republic Square, the main gathering point in Belgrade. Made it easy to enjoy the lively ambiance of Belgrade. Rooms were surprisingly quiet in such a busy area.

I stayed at the five points city centre for 2 nights in November, once you enter the 5th floor where the hotel is from the outside of right next to the horse statue it is a nice hotel however it is very seady to get into from the street. Highly recommend you get a city view not this interior Courtyard view room that I was given. The staff are friendly, and the room is clean and spacious. Great deal for the price point.

I stayed at the five points city centre for 2 nights in November, once you enter the 5th floor where the hotel is from the outside of right next to the horse statue it is a nice hotel however it is very seady to get into from the street. An enjoyable stay at the heart of Belgrade
Nice stay at this hotel which is located at the heart of Belgrade. Staff were amazing and they are the highlight of the stay. Knowledgable, very friendly and always willing to help. The entrance to the hotel might be confusing and it doesn't reflect the quality of the rooms inside which are situated at level 4 and 5. There is quite a number of stairs that you couldn't avoid on your way to the tiny elevator, so be prepared if you have heavy luggages. Very good Wifi and many services at your hand if you ask at the receptions including tours, taxis and massage bookings at good prices. Highly recommended

Great place to see the city from
The hotel is located on two floors of an very ordinary building but those floors are very smart. The location is ideal, right on Republic Square, it couldn't be more central and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was nicely designed and had everything I needed though the bed was on the firm side and the shower could have used a service, it was all clean and neat though the wifi on the fourth floor was a bit hit and miss. The breakfast is served at a nearby café and it was okay but nothing special, next time I think I wouldn't bother with breakfast and go to the Boutique café next door. It was a great place to stay for two days of city exploration

Wonderful location for a tourist. Pedestrian streets all around, walking distance to the old town area. Only complaint is that the location is not clearly marked--fifth floor of a larger building

The notel is on the 5th floor of a shared office block where all the owners pay towards the expenses of the ground floor front entrance. The other owners don't want to pay anything so the entrance is dowdy, dark and dirty and the lifts are small and dirty. Also there are 10 steps up to the lift. difficult with heavy suitcases. Once up to the 5th floor everything is modern and clean. Our first room was a standard double, extremely small, overlooking neighbouring roofs. We were told to keep the bathroom lights and ventilator on all the time in order to have hot water. It was extremely noisy. We complained and after three nights were offered a Junior Suite. This was an excellent room, very large with windows on two sides, a sofa and coffee table. It was well worth the extra money. The location is excellent, bang in the central shopping area with restaurants and cafes. Breakfast is at a cafe down in the square.

The hotel is not what they say they are. The entrance is scary and rugged. The elevator is dirty and tiny. One has to walk stairs to arrive to the elevator. There was no concierge waiting at the door. The hotel occupies 4th and 5th floor of the building. If one prefers to walk up, the stairs are full of garbages and food leftovers. There is no buffet breakfast at all. They give a voucher to a restaurant that takes a while for a business traveler to have a quick breakfast. Overall, it is disappointing. They don't meet the standard of 4 star hotels. Please tell them to post only what they are and what they can provide.

Never judge a book by it's cover, the outside does not look great and the lobby is terrible and the elevator is kind of creepy. The room was great and the view was five star (room 506) the view was of the Square and city and river. Great location and I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel.
Everything about this hotel is great. Located in the centre of town, it was convenient for everything I wanted to do. I found Belgrade to be an interesting city, and the people especially friendly... well worth the visit and I plan on going back.
