This was our first visit to Dunmurry and we'll more than likely return in the future.
The hotel staff were all very nice and friendly. The room was fantastic and very convenient to the bar, which was perfect.
Thank you for making our visit so memorable.
I enjoyed my stay - staff were friendly and efficient.
The shower head in the bathroom had black mould on it - not only unhygienic but unhealthy.
I ate in the hotel restaurant and chose the vegetable enchilada one night and the vegetable curry another night. I had a soup starter each night also. The contents of the enchilada and the curry were identical - onions, mushrooms (not many) and peppers.
All the food was extremely salty and the quality and taste of the food was poor.
Enchilada and curry are good vegetarian options but they were poor executed at the Beechlawn Hotel. Please go back to the drawing board with this.

Good location and obviously popular as the restaurant was busy every night I was there. Ample parking on site, the brick facade throughout is a bit dated but functional. The room comfortable one thing lacking are electrical sockets near the bed to charge phones etc. the food at breakfast and in the evening is very tasty and plentiful.
It was ok. No frills. Service at desk could be improved - was sent the wrong way for my room.
Wifi didn't work.
Shower not even slightly powerful.
Clean enough room but could be better.
Didn't eat there but did walk through the dining room to find my room.
Wouldnt rush back - very basic hotel.
I liked the place, very nice, comfort and tidy room.
Walkable distance to Dunmurry train station, where trains go to Belfast city center (15 minutes journey by train)
I will stay here again for my next trip to Belfast..
There was a stale smell in the room, the bed was uncomfortable, the windows were very grubby and we couldn’t sleep due to the noise of a function being held downstairs, we heard every song played and we could also hear the hand drier in the bathrooms attached to the function room every time someone used it. We won’t be returning.
We booked through Expedia a family room because there were three of us my husband, myself and my adult daughter. When we got there they said there were none available and we were put in a small room that was very cramped for us. We were able to use the common room to visit. The ladies in the breakfast room were great and Nilla at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating
Overall great food in the evening and the staff in harp bar was great! Will definitely return

This is a lovely little Gem of a Hotel.
I was tired from traveling all day.
Had never been before to this hotel bug just tried it as liked the sound of it.
I hound it to be a lovely friendly place with lovely food and great staff.
Room a little small but I expected that.
It's a grand hotel to relax in the dining area and Bar and rates were good too.
About 15 mins to Belfast if traffic is ok.
Would highly recommend if your not looking for a fast moving city hotel.

We stayed as part of a large wedding. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly. Good cooked breakfast in the morning. Thank you for allowing us to all have a great time
We were in Belfast to see friends who live close to the hotel. It all worked out perfectly. We also used the train into Belfast city centre, it was only a short walk away.
Hotel was good. Very nice room and friendly staff. Bar and food was also good. The only negative was that I paid my bill when I arrived but they then took the money again from my card the next morning (on the send attempt first got declined) which is unacceptable. I had left the hotel early so when the notification came on my phone For the second payment I had to call to ask what was going. They did apologise and said they would refund but this took 24 hours before the money was back in my account agin unacceptable it should be immediate!! Not impressed!
The hotel was in a perfect location for my business trip. My room was ideal.
The choice and quality of food for evening meal and breakfast was really good.
The down side was the blatant abuse of the wearing (or non wearing) of face coverings by restaurant diners as well as staff during the time I was in the restaurant despite appropriately placed signage and other members of staff setting an example.
Check out was as impersonal as it gets. I was offered my printed out receipt for my stay.
No ‘how was your stay’ or ‘goodbye’ or ‘look forward to seeing you again’.
Old fashioned values go a long way especially during trying times.

I booked the hotel and spoke to an employee 2 weeks before arrival. It was only by chance that i contacted them again only a week before arrival and I was told that the hotel was actually closed and they were going to contact me. If I had waited for them, it would have been cutting it fine to find alternative accomodation
Not one for reviews but credit where credit is due. We stayed at the hotel whilst our house is getting renovated and each and every staff member made our stay really special - as it is hard with a 4 month old baby! From the receptionist staff arranging cots to the bar staff sorting dinner and drinks and sterilising all our bottles to make the next day a lot easier. And it was not an issue when we we’re running later than expected for check out - if anything they simply asked could they do anything to help. We were literally 20 mins up the road but this felt like a we mini holiday. A massive shout out to Courtney on breakfast shift - so polite and follows procedures but is also up for a massive laugh and joke! Thank you everyone - we will be back.
First time I’ve stayed here. Chosen because of location for business appointments. Large car park. Friendly welcome at reception. Room was of a good standard. Good value restaurant with the chefs special menu really good value and of a high standard. The hotel bar was ideal for Sky Sports and a quiet drink after my meal. Breakfast was ideal. Not too large, not too small. Will definitely return should the opportunity arise.

The room was above the kitchens extraction so very noisy had to dance around in the shower to catch any water the pressure is useless
