I had high hopes when i checked in to this hotel after coming from a previous hotel. The staff did nit even acknowledge me at first and was very short and dry. We arrived 30 minutes before check in and we were told to wait which is completely fine but when out check in time came, they did not check us in and instead just gave us another room on a lower level. The bed is uncomfortable, the staff at the front desk is a joke. For the same price u can go to Grand Habtoor hotel and be treated like absolute ROYALTY for the same price AND they are cleaner, and the rooms are 100x better. I think the staff thought they were better than the customers not being aware that they probably cant even afford to stay at the hotel they’re working at. Please retrain your staff. A first impression is very important.
