후회되는 투숙

너무나 많은 모기와 기본 음료(물)조차 구비되어있지 않고 그러니 당연히 커피포트는 작동을 안하는게 당연한건가요? 암튼 최악의 호텔 이였음.

ベイラ港に近いホテル

どのホテルも満室だったため、このホテルで素泊まりをしたが、一泊以上はおススメしない。 エレベーターもいつ止まるかわかならい状態で、何度かエレベーターが止まり階段で13階を行き来するのはしんどかった。スタッフの対応はよい。

Pleasant surprise at Rainbow

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel as I had read a few very bad reviews about the Rainbow Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms very clean and comfortable with air conditioner and flat screen TV. The bathroom was very nicely tiled out and a good size shower with plenty hot water. There is free WIFI and the code is given to you on arrival and worked very well without interruption. The only bad point was the cost of the breakfast for a rubber egg some beans potato wedges and little sausages. I didnt pay close to the price in the UK for far better. The parking area was also secure with a guard 24/7.

In summary, if you only want to stay over night after landing late at night or needing to take an early morning flight, and Beira main city isn't your final destination, then it's a fine place to stay. However if you are staying in Beira for any length of time, you should note that it is not in the greatest area of town, the outside of the hotel is not yet upgraded (though the inside is mediocre and not bad). The service is slow, it took over 1 hour to make a small chicken ceasre salad and prawn coctail. Also the website promotes a 24/7 shuttle service but there is no such service.

Hotel OK if in a different location

Hotel room was not set up for a double until we requested additional towels, etc. First room air conditioner did not work, but it did thin the second room. Hotel is undergoing remodeling in reception area, so it was a bit confusing on the ground floor. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Elevators worked fine. Staff was friendly and responded quickly to any requests. Hotel is situated in an undesirable part of the city. You would not want to go out of doors after dark in that neighborhood. It is a good working labor-class hotel, but not what I would call a tourist hotel.

Central location but not unduly noisy

Staff were particularly helpful. Breakfast adequate and room clean and relatively spacious. Overall a pleasant overnight stay.
