Overall a nice hotel, but the beds were very hard (they look and feel like a box spring without a mattress). The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a lot to like about this hotel. The major problem is that the beds are very hard and uncomfortable (they look and feel like a box spring without a mattress). The hotel loaned us additional pillows when we requested them; that helped a lot, but didn't resolve the problem.
