Everybody very welcoming. Place really clean and breakfast really good. Will be revisiting. Love the neatness of bathroom/toilet and toiletries really nice.

The hotel is going through a remodel but this was not indicated on booking. Breakfast was extremely limited and was transported from the kitchens along halls ways to a small room. The entrance to the hotel is also strange as it is behind a gas station which you drive through. Bedrooms were clean enough though and hotel staff were friendly. Just an shame about the environment. Then again is was a cheap stay, so I guess cannot really complain, but it would have been nice to know about the remodel and lack of breakfast facilities.

The property was conveniently located for our needs unfortunately the bed was very hard and uncomfortable plus the pillows were also hard and uncomfortable

No breakfast buffet, limited options. Room and hotel was clean and room services daily. Comfortable and will stay again once the works have finished. Pleasant enough for the price. Dumped stuff in the car park area.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included but there was a bit of a rush of people when we got there so some items were low or empty. We had a decent breakfast though.

Conveniently situated in Bedford
This is the second stay here and unfortunately we had the same experience in the morning. Going down to breakfast not too late, there just seems to be a lack of staff, running out of everything, not enough cutlery, no preserves or spreads, croissants ran out, no mugs, cappuccino machine ran out... no fried eggs which makes a full English Breakfast in our opinion.... pity as the rooms are fine.

It is acceptable for the price, the rooms are not so dayed but still you can smell the overuse, it feels as a very busy hotel.

Hard to find on sat navigation and no veggie option on breakfast, run out scrambled eggs and asked waiter few times no one brought anything back coffee machine break down and no one fixed it. We had just bread and glass of orange juice

Have stayed here three times in the last 9 months. Maybe this time we were just unlucky with our room but the base of the beds were filthy and stained. Have no idea what it was and do t really want to think about what it was but it made you not want to get into bed. The carpet was dirty and the breakfast area was also stained badly where the cushioning goes up the walls.

All is very good indeed. I'm impressed with how much is included, ironing board, tissues, good label cosmetics, etc. Only a tiny niggle.. I think that a loo roll needs to be at least 3/4 full, or even 1/2, because a visitor shouldn't have to have to replenish it. Also, there's one area of damage/grime in Room 215, near the loo door threshold. However, ud still give 9 out if 10! Thank you. margistar@gmail.com

You get what you pay for.
You get what you pay for. The Air-conditioning and phone wasn’t working. Reported the Air-con and nothing was done during our two day stay and no apologies or adjustments made either. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was palatable.

Pretty shocking
Was as to be expected from a cheap hotel but having half the shower fittings in the shower tray was taking the biscuit. Then when I mentioned it to the guy on reception he laughed at me and said oh that’s not good is it. Pretty poor show if you ask me

The young man on reception when l arrived was polite and welcoming, explaining everything from parking ,accommodation and breakfast. His politeness and appearance made him a credit to the Hotel chain.
