« Clean, quiet, comfortable room with a very comfy bed, plenty of facilities e.g. tea/ coffee, toiletries, bottled water etc. Staff are excellent especially Adam and Lorna. Food - breakfast and evening meal were also excellent, we cannot fault the Eaton Oak and will be returning soon. A big well done and thank you to all of the staff! »

« Everything was as we expected. Great staff, friendly bar and a great steak night. Not forgetting a fabulous breakfast. The only negative were the impressive bird droppings on my windscreen after I made the mistake of parking under the trees in the car park. Long journey to Tesco Wellingborough to find a car wash! »

« l'acceuil est excellent , mais l'ambiance est morose , et , horreur ,ils ferment tout chauffage dans la chambre à partir de la soirée !!! le lit est pourvu dun drap et d'une couette beaucoup trop fines, j'ai gelé , je n'ai pas fait de remarque parceque ca ne sert à rien,mon compagnon a fait les mèmes remarques , chambre 15 et 16 , »

« Après un avion annulé et une grosse galère à l'aéroport de Luton, quel bonheur, à 1h du matin, d'être accueillis par un personnel souriant, agréable et très professionnel..un grand merci à notre jeune réceptionniste italien ainsi que son collègue bulgare... L'hôtel est joliment décoré, confortable, cosy et plein de charme... »

« I came in June 2025 and came back in August 2025 and was just as pleased as the first stay. Perfect location, very clean rooms,,the staff is perfect informative and always helpful. My room was perfect with a perfect view. My first stay in June was for 6 nights and this stay in August was for 6 nights. You step out of the hotel directly to your safe boardwalk and it is located next to the town for all you needs and comfort »

« Super quiet location, rooms were beautifully done and recently refurbished. Very much liked the underfloor heating in the bathroom and super comfy bed. The communal area and restaurant were closed when we visited but there is a fab deli, 2 mins up road and linked to wider Castle Ashby estate. Overall a gem of a hotel and ideal for quiet break to relax and refresh. »
