« We where very happy with all facility. Overall the only problem we personally was the 3 steps going in and out of the property. The last step out is very steep and would have liked something to hold on too »

« River Dance cottage is a comfortable.clean and well presented holiday stay. The owners go to great lengths to ensure you feel welcome, and also have everything you need. A welcome pack of wine and tasty cookies are left for you to enjoy, the cottage has a fitted kitchen with all amenities. The towels are thick and fluffy too. « Lovely place to stay. Was just the two of us. We would say 2nd bedroom is suitable for children rather than infants or adults, due to steep stairs, and layout of the room. Teenagers would love it I'd imagine. Only thing that let it down slightly was the small seating area outside. Just needs a little TLC. A quick sweep out would have helped. Other than that Masham and this property well worth visit, if maybe slightly over priced. »

« This cottage has a really nice vibe very clean and ideally situated for visiting Thirsk and the local communities. « This is a beautifully appointed cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's in a quiet location looking out onto a courtyard. Although there is no onsite parking, we had no trouble finding a parking space on the square. Visitors should also be aware that there is no outdoor seating area but we were out and about so this wasn't a problem for us. We would recommend the fish and chip place - but go for small fish and chips! The large are for those with a very large appetite! ...
