Stay in style at this chic condo, elegantly designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Enjoy the luxury of a modern and contemporary living space with tasteful furnishings and decor. Relax and savour the cozy comforts of home after a long day with all the amenities and attention to detail you could hope for. Make this condo your own private oasis! When you stay here, you will be able to enjoy our warm hospitality as well as top-notch amenities that will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. With our accommodation, you will have access to: Kitchen: \- Drip Coffee Machine \- Electric kettle \- Small kitchen table with a table and 2 chairs \- The kitchen is fully stocked with large bowls, silverware, pots and pans, towels and dish rags, cooking knives, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses and glasses. I include coffee, coffee filters, tea, salt and pepper and cooking oil. Living area: \- Couch that folds down into a bed (would recommend 1 adult or 2 children) \- smart TV \- One queen size bed with two side tables and a lamp Main Bathroom: \- Large tub and ample counter space When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you\`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium in foil, seran wrap, garbage bags and dish soap. SKI IN/OUT ACCESS: This property is located on the ski run \`Moguls Track.\` You can ski right into the back of the building and walk throughs the doors to floor 8\. This unit is on floor 8, so would just walk down the hallway. It is seconds to the ski out location. This is a true SKI IN/SKI OUT location!!! The suite is a 5 minute walk to the village. \*Please note that there is not a washer and dryer in this unit This place will only sleep 2 adults comfortably and 4 people including kids. We\`re available to assist you by phone or through the booking platform. If your inquiry is not an emergency, we kindly request that you contact us the following day if it is after 8 PM. Additionally, if you anticipate a late check-in after 8 PM, please let us know in advance. Thank you! Neighbourhood: Located just outside of the village, when you park the car there will be no need to use it again! Ski in and ski out from multiple floors onto the Moguls Track. Within a 5 minute walk you find yourself nestled in the heart of the village where you can access numerous restaurants, shops, the market, the Gondola down to Happy Valley, or anything else you will want for your perfect getaway. Some of our favourite restaurants include Underground Pizza, Fourth Ace smokehouse, Sasquatch Sushi and the Cabin Kitchen and Bar! Listing notes: Free Wi-Fi available throughout the condo. Ski-in/ski-out access for maximum convenience. Coin laundry available ($2/load) You will have ONE outdoor unassigned parking stall (all additional vehicles will need to park at Happy Valley parking lot - fees apply) Ideal for families seeking a peaceful retreat. No parties or large events permitted. Access to communal hot tub, sauna, ski locker and ski wax room in the Moguls Building. Please note that the hot tub and sauna are only open during the winter season. Pet friendly - one dog - must be approved - There is a $75/additional cost that will be added to your stay This property is a 100% Smoke Free property (no tobacco, cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the unit, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. Thanks in advance for abiding by this rule that makes it awesome for everyone! Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. This a no-smoking property. No pets allowed. Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
