Unfortunately when sitting outside at the front there was a strong smell of sewage from the drains, we could only use the back area to sit out in, which was the parking area. "The room was clean and welcoming. Large enough, with a décent size desk. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The room was on the ocean side. There is a small balcony with small table and 2 chairs to enjoy breakfast or a drink watching the beach and ocean that are just across the street on a promenade. I did not try the spa, but enjoyed the relaxing pool. The hotel is right on one end of the promenade. Long walks along the beach on either side: promenade and wilder walk along the coast on the other side."
