"Very happy with our stay. The only reason for not rating excellent was the location being on the other side of the river. I would definitely stay again as they provided a free shuttle that was very prompt and helpful. With the new outdoor concert venue, the shuttle is able to be used to avoid parking and congestion."

"We stayed for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. The staff is EXCELLENT! They are friendly, helpful and were at our door within 10 minutes of asking for an extra blanket. The location is great. This is a 20 minute easy drive to the Ford museum & DeVos performing arts center in Grand Rapids. Rockford restaurants and shops are right down the block. Highly recommend!"

"The room was clean, but a bit worn. The parking is good, the staff was very nice. The breakfast is a little lacking. The eggs were microwaved pre-cooked small patties, the same with the sausage. There was some bagels, and danishes and toast. The make on site waffles were acceptable. There was yogurt and cold cereal as well. We were only staying one night and this was a good value."
