Rental was for the 2nd floor of the house, with the third floor being another rental. The front portion of the house (which faces the ocean) is a nonprofit art museum open to the public (Miwok Gallery) The rental was extremely clean with comfy beds and plenty of extra blankets and bedding. Great location next to alot of beaches and easy traveling. You are on the first level with upstairs renters which can be loud, but can be curbed easily! The location was superb, and the place was clean and inviting. Depending on your vacation preferences, it's worth noting that the two bedrooms are quite small, with limited space around the bed. However, the mattresses were comfortable, and the corner windows helped alleviate any feelings of tightness, especially in the room with the northwest-facing view of the ocean. (lovely!) Despite the snug sleeping arrangements, the four of us enjoyed each other's company and had a great time together. We would certainly consider returning for another memorable weekend. The house is located directly across from the beach with views from the patio off one of the rooms. Very short walk to multiple costal access points and restaurants. The house was very clean, cozy and well stocked. I wish there were screens on the windows so that we could’ve kept them open more and an earlier check in would’ve been awesome!
