Only downside was i had adjoining room and next door was very noisy around 10:30 at night, ate in hotel one night food was nice and a fair selection at the bar, I knocked a star off only because of my neighbour"

"Room was great. Food was good, but placing orders was slow. Food arrived promptly though. My biggest problem is your phone system . I tried probably 10- 15 times to call and each time I waited for the 15-20 rings before it cut me off as none was available . The message "Please call back" or similar message came after the timeout period. You must be loosing lots of business by not answering the phone. The only extension that picked up was the golf."
