Five bedrooms, pool, outdoor bar, screened in porch overlooking the canal, 150' of water frontage, two living rooms, plenty of parking. A 10 minute car ride to Old Town BSL. Relax and enjoy life in the best rental in the Bay! Our neighbors live here full-time and we are committed to respecting them, therefore this property is not a party pad and no more than 10 guests and no loud music after 10pm. Lauren and Ryan were exceptional hosts and I can’t say enough wonderful things about their adorable home. Everything as pictured. We especially enjoyed the sunroom that we made into a big playroom for my 3 yr old and 16 mos old granddaughters that was perfect especially on Christmas Eve since it rained all day. We will definitely be back when we’re able to take advantage of their pool. Thank you Lauren and Ryan for making our Christmas extra special. ##### Erin H.
