The street it sits on is in a beautiful neighborhood, where people walk, run, and push baby carriages. We used Scott's chairs for the Boo parade, he had beach towels available for the beach, and a very well-stocked kitchen! We barbequed out back, again, great utensils, and the decorations were adorable. The house is much larger than it appears, great for families.
