The check-in process was smooth with Vito there to guide us through the property, and they were kind enough to leave us some Italian biscuits as a gift! "Stayed 10 nights here and used it as a base. It was a lovely apartment, had everything we needed. Communication with Stefano was really easy and he was responsive. The villa itself is 5 minutes walk to Tancau beach and about 10 minutes to the main beach in Santa Maria Navarrez. Everything in the apartment was in order and comfortable. "Für uns (Wanderurlaub) war die Unterkunft perfekt gelegen. Das Apartment war Top ausgestattet und Domenica hegt und pflegt eine hoch professionelle Gastgeberschaft. Strand, Restaurants und auch die Eisdiele 😉 sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Apartment. Sehr gute Empfehlung für Unternehmungen. Sogar einige Geheimtipps die nicht im Wanderführer standen. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!"

"Good things first: The bathroom was recently renovated and in decent shape. The property manager was very nice and helpful. The apartment was however not quite what we expected. There was no living room area, except a kitchen (and the two bedrooms). The kitchen and rooms were dark and a bit dank. The terrace was surrounded by raw land without even grass, plus a piece of dirty artificial grass. The garden furniture was old ald worn-out. The terrace also face directly to a (smelly) garbage deposit...

"The apartment is near the port of Cala Gonone and is perfect to get to all of the local beaches, shops and restaurants. Lovely and spacious apartment with very useful bits and pieces like the umbrella which we used on beach days, Tupperware which we used for pack ups, a cool box with cool packs and shopping bags. "We liked the proximity of the appartement to the sea, to the center and to the supermarket. On the other side, the appartement is very poor equipped. The kitchen has minimum tools to cook, with nothing for cleaning ( dish liquid, sponge, towels), no dish washer… there is no AC in The flat, no fan ( mobile fan was provided by the owner during our stay) the second room is not a proper room, it is more like a corridor to the balcony, équiped with dual beds… very difficult for people to sleep...

"Santa Maria Navarese is very pleasant little town to relax, no resort with huge hotels, huge noisy beach, loud music and that is exactly what we were looking for. The apartment is sunny, located in a quiet part of village. The nearest grocery, pizzeria, bakery is not more than 100 m away, the nearest beach about 400 m. The Italian speaking owner is caring, the kitchen excellently equipped, everything very clean, comfortable. No garden. Parking in the yard."
