"Ready selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate at the lobby at all times. Good breakfast with attentive staff. Our group remember how helpful Gustavo was. The rooms are big and has excellent sound-proofing which made for a very restful stay."

"Perfect location and comfortable beds however this hotel needs a lot of updating. We had to change rooms 3 times. First room smelled of cigarettes, 2nd room had a pipe burst in ceiling. Then they moved us to a suite but it did not have a king size bed and balcony which is what we booked. The lobby was warm with 2 bags fans to move air around. It's unfortunate because with this location it has a ton of potential"

"Bring earplugs! This seems to be a party hotel; the guests in the neighboring room loudly arrived at 3:30 am and partied and smoked until I left. The room was clean, but it showed a lot of wear. Location is great, just steps from the Inner Harbor. I won't stay here again."
