Very unique hotel. Staff were wonderful and very accommodating. A very special 2 days at the bottom of the canyon!

I was make a reservation with Expedia .two days before I was call to the person in charge her name was Sonia I explain to her that I was having problems with the internet to give the name of each person.because I was rent 4 rooms she tell me that was not electric service on that town for that reason she was not able te rent the room I was agree to reembolse my money .But o went any way to Batopilas and I was so surprised that I see some guest stayed at the hotel I consider that is not right to do that I will not recommend to no body to visit that’s super hot y very bad service until now I’m not I’m not get my money back she supposed to call Expedia an explain that I never stay at the hotel ..

Classy hotel in s MAgical Pueblo.
Three nights in the bottom of the Copper Canyon. Perfect timing. Was told only needed two nights by others but my three were excellent.
