Beachfront Home relax and enjoy paradise 14day rental discounts

A fantastic beachfront home. Swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, building sandcastles, collecting shells or just walking around the rocks is at your doorstep. There is also great fishing, or you can put your feet up on the deck and just watch for dolphins and the sunset. Paddle boards and Kayaks supplied.
This 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen overlooks beautiful Long Beach.
It is well equiped, 2 story home which is perfect for 2 families. Alternatively parents upstairs and kid downstairs.

There is currently beach restoration happening thus no beach access directly in front of the property between 7.30 and 4pm Monday Thursday and every 2nd Friday. You are able to access the beach further down the western end of the Long Beach.

Close to Batemans Bay and a variety of restaurants, water sports, cycling. Mogo Zoo and botanical gardens only a short drive.
Love for you to bring your house trained family pet with you and enjoy your holiday.
Happy to discuss long term rentals. 14days and more will provide weekly rate.

We had a wonderful two-night stay. The location is absolutely amazing and directly across from the beach with uninterrupted views. It was exactly what we were hoping for in terms of outlook and proximity to the water, and it made for a very relaxing coastal break.While the non-carpeted areas appeared clean at first glance, walking barefoot, particularly downstairs, left our feet quite black, suggesting the floors may not have been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. We had booked for six adults but were provided with only four bath towels. The outdoor entertaining areas were spacious and well positioned, however there were quite a lot of cobwebs and spiders present.Cleanliness had been rated highly in previous reviews, which influenced our decision to book, so this was a little disappointing. Overall, the location and views are outstanding, and with some additional attention to cleaning and preparation the property would fully meet expectations.

Fantastic location, fantastic property and fantastic property manager. This was just what we needed a week away with the sound of the waves to fall asleep to. Very well equipped house, kitchen with everything you need. We didn’t use all the rooms but instead my husband used the downstairs to work remotely and would come join us upstairs when finished work for the day. Beach access really easy and exploring bush walking tracks equally easy. Being able to take our dog Jasper with us was an absolute bonus.Thankyou for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

We loved this beachside property, it was really homely, so much character, everything you would need in a kitchen, absolutely stunning view, we loved sitting on the deck, great selection of DVDs and board games, comfortable beds, best location, awesome we could have our dogs who also loved the view from the deck, would definitely would definitely love to come back. Also, a really nice welcoming touch was a bottle of wine and chocolates. Plus, great fun with the food trucks near the beach

Hey team, I booked this place a few weekends ago for a major birthday celebration, so we came in expecting a big moment. Instead, when we arrived, there were already people inside the property. I called the agent straight away, but they couldn’t even find my booking in their system. We were then moved to another spot down the road, and honestly, it wasn’t what we paid or planned for. The whole vibe felt more like a retirement village than the special experience my family and I had organised. Given the mix-up and how much it affected the celebration, I feel a much bigger discount should’ve been offered. Right now, I’m really unimpressed with how this played out

A superb house, overlooking the bay, right next to the beach. Perfect for our group of 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. Lots of living space, very well equipped with everything you could need and more. Clean and fresh. We were notified about the works on the beach and decided we would keep our booking and we are so glad we did. We would love to return.

The view from our balcony was so amazing for slow mornings waiting for the day to warm up. We were so lucky to enjoy the experience of bioluminescence algae in the waves one night! The property was well appointed and the kitchen so well stocked! It had everything we needed for our week long stay. We were comfortable and enjoyed it as our base for exploring the Batemans Bay region.

Beautiful stay for relaxing and a good detox from work and routine life. Gorgeous views from the upstairs and pretty warm. It's very cold during winters but there are heaters in every room and makes you feel so comfortable. The kitchen is in well equipped and has everything you need for the stay. We'll definitely visit again soon. The host has been very very helpful with everything. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Location

The location is magical. Upstairs the property was very clean and modern Unfortunately there wasn’t an internal stair case so in bad weather the outside steps were open to the elements and they became very sliperly. Very poor lighting down the back steps. I am vision impaired and struggled. Downstairs the couches were very uncomfortable the springs in the lounge were broken

Great property on the beach, just 10 min drive from Batemans Bay. Well equipped kitchen with lounge / dinning great view and easy walking surrounds. Great BBQ and outdoor entertaining. Easy communication with manager. Downstairs fully self contained (if needed), with access to upstairs via external stairway.

Beautiful quiet location

Our family loved staying at Long Beach. The property looked directly over the beach, and we loved making use of the BBQ and eating dinner on the deck. Our teenage son loved the downstairs area to have some time away from the parents and we all enjoyed playing pool. Our dog had the best holiday ever by people/dog watching on the deck and running along the beach (in the designated dog friendly area). Would definitely stay again. Jude was a fantastic property manager, even calling to welcome us on a public holiday! Thanks Jude.

Our second time staying at this property. Communication with Property Manager Jude was great and check in process was easy. House was very clean on arrival. Directly opposite a calm beach and loved the view from upstairs loungeroom and upstairs deck. Short drive into Batemans Bay for supplies. Looking forward to a return trip.

Beautiful Family Beach Retreat

Jude was an amazing host, clear communication throughout the process of booking, check in, through our stay and upon our departure.We were a family of 6 Adults, and 1 Child & 2 fur babies. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with the necessities & a lovely delight when we saw a coffee machine available!Stunning views, ample things to do in the area and space for those rainy days to watch some DVD’s, play board games or have some time isolated to read, knit & colour in.We were so sad to leave after our stay, we absolutely can’t wait to come back & hope to book a longer stay!
