They made me pay twice at the check in, although I showed them my payment confirmation email and when I came back because of hotel.com debit on my account they pretended that everything was normal and it's only when I came back with proof of two payments that they admitted their mistaken and they didn't even apologize, they were acting like it was usual. I prezzi della colazione per un italiano sono un po’ alti ma hanno delle ottime cose fatte in casa e sono in linea con i prezzi di Basilea. ##### Eva Stayed 2 nights in Jul 2019 ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller Jul 16, 2019 #### 무난 도미토리 샤워실 공간 화장실 따로 있는게 좋았어요 샤워실도 세개라 붐비진않아요 헤어샴푸는 달려는게 있고 샤워용은 없으니 챙기세요 사물함 크게 있어서 자물쇠 달면 귀중품 넣기용이합니다 사람이 차있을경우 인원수랑 안맞아서 다른방 분이 건너와 사물함을 써서 처음에 다른분이랑 공유해야했습니다. 옷걸이는 사물함당 두개씩 걸려있어요 하루만 묵고 가는분이 많고 제가 있을때만 그런건지 특히 여성전용 도미토리는 잘 안차는거같아요. 널널하게썼어요 침구정리와 수건교체가 기준을 모르겠어요 사람들 있을때 하루이틀은 되더니 중간에 사람들이 나가고 혼자쓰게된 시간이 많았는데 혼자쓰게 된 후부터는 침구정리랑 수건 교체를 따로 안해주시더라구요. 대부분 하루묵다 가는분이 대부분이라 좀 길게 도미토리쓰시는 분들은 수건은 매일 따로 가서 받으셔야할거같아요. 코드선이 멀리있거나 위치가 안좋아요 식당주방 쓸수있고 대부분 조리도구 접시 등 다 갖춰져있어요 위치 역이랑 가까워서 좋아요. 약국이랑 마트 까페등 가깝게 위치해있습니다. 개인적으로 의사소통 문제로 결제문제가 생겨 있는내내 신경쓰여서 좋은느낌은 받지 못했습니다. 직접결제한 직원과의 연결이 어려웠던점 아쉬워요. 결국 묵는 기간에 해결 못하고 추후 예약업체와 문의해서 해결했습니다. 개인적인 의견으로 도미토리룸은 하루 머물기는 괜찮은거 같아요. ##### Verified traveller Stayed 2 nights in Jun 2019 ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller Jun 26, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort #### Rolig hostel nært stasjonen. Vi var på gjennomreise og trengte et hotell nært stasjonen. Dette var perfekt. Vi fikk en liten leilighet med to soverom (ikke kjøkken) og bad. Litt gammelt og slitt, men perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til stasjonen. Rolig område. Meget hyggelig betjening og fine fellesarealer. Recomendo! Gostei do fato do hostel ser perto do trem e fácil de chegar (e do ônibus que vai para o aeroporto): basta pegar uma reta a partir da porta dos fundos do SBB, A mocinha que me atendeu foi sempre muito gentil e atenciosa na hora de conceder as informações. Pedi para reservar a cama do andar térreo da beliche e quando cheguei a cama estava lá reservada. Isso foi importante para mim. Poder usar a cozinha é bacana. O hostel é limpo, confortável e tem armário para poder guardar a bagagem. Uma coisa que observei foi: no site dos hoteis.com o horário do ingresso no hostel é um e lá (a partir das 15 horas) é outro. Isso não chegou a ser um problema, pois existe um quarto onde nós hóspedes colocamos a bagagem para em seguida partimos para o passeio. På min sovesal var der en anden dansker, der ligesom jeg stort set ingenting sagde, så det var fint nok. Ellers ville jeg nok sige, at det kunne være en smule utrygt at sove sammen med en masse mennesker, man slet ikke kender. Jeg var der kun en nat. Er man en familie eller en gruppe venner, og man kan få sovesalen for sig selv, er det en billig måde at overnatte på.
