"I have been in Victoria hotel 3 times. I do like the location near to the main station. The staffs are very helpful on luggage deposit even though I came early before the Check In time. They also helped to provide the electric adapter and tape to fix the broken wheel of the luggage. I strongly recommend this hotel in Basel."
"Very convenient, cosy hotel next to main train station and airport bus. Staff is very professional, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great and breakfast ladies offered superb service as well as cleaning ladies. Highly recommend."
"We were locked in the parking garage after arriving late. There was no hot water in the bathroom when I wanted to bath and the bathroom lights would not turn on. There was no staff present and the self check in was very inconvenient. Was not for us."
"No AC available. A fan would have even helped since the windows don’t open but just a slit. Way too warm & stuffy in the room without some air movement. "
