Brand new, head turning architectural design luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house tastefully decorated with all the latest fittings and appliances to ensure even the most fastidious of guests are delighted from the moment they step through the door.   
Whether you are travelling with family, friends or just the two of you wanting to stretch out at a quiet getaway, Bonnie's provides the very best of everything Barwon Heads has to offer.   
Bonnie's accommodates up to six people in 3 beautifully decorated and air conditioned bedrooms. Restful sleep is assured as you nestle into your quality Sheridan sheets.   
The substantial master bedroom has a king size bed, LED television and huge double vanity with walk in shower. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private sunny alfresco deck.   
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 3 has two single beds   
All beds are Sealy Posturepedic and all made up with the same beautiful linen as the master bedroom   
Fluffy white towels await you in the bathrooms, everything speaks luxury at Bonnie's.   
For those who love to spend time cooking, the spacious kitchen is a chef's delight – complete with SMEG appliances, microwave, dishwasher and much more. You will find yourself wanting to stay in to eat!   
Enjoy in-home dining seated at the modern solid timber table with sumptuous leather chairs opening onto the outdoor deck.   
The living room has a gas log fire for cosy winter evenings snuggled on the leather sofas. Watch a DVD on your 50 inch LED television; pop on a CD or simply Bluetooth the music from your phone.   
All woollen doonas, pillows, Sheridan bed linen and towels are supplied, along with board games, music and DVD's.   
An outside BBQ and seating are all covered in so you can enjoy dinner on the deck no matter what the weather   
Utilize the LG front loader washing machine, clothes dryer, iron etc. for all those long stays or just to catch up on mundane things.   
Importantly secure fencing surrounds this family friendly beach house.

Surrounded by native birdlife and beautiful eucalypts, sit out on your large private north facing deck and catch the sea breezes   
The eucalypts at Bonnie's are quite rare. They are indigenous to the area and there are very few of this particular species left. They are eucalyptus leucoxylon sp. Bellarernsis   
How wonderful to enjoy these trees   
For those who would rather be gastronomically tempted by an array of amazing restaurants, bars and other eateries, they are just a few minutes walk away.   
Specialist delis including the superb Annie's are just around the corner.   
If you're into a bit of retail therapy there are many boutiques and homewares stores to satisfy your taste.   
Barwon Heads is located on the Bellarine Peninsula and is a short drive to Ocean Grove, Point Lonsdale and 45 minutes to the ferry at Queenscliff, where you can ride over to Sorrento.   
The Bellarine peninsula is one of the most popular destinations on the Victorian foodie trail with so many wonderful options available for all tastes and budgets. The area has many highly acclaimed restaurants and more than 25 wineries. The peninsula also plays host to many music and food festivals along with numerous sporting events.   
The Great Ocean Road, Lorne and the beautiful Erskine Falls are only a short drive away or visit the world famous Bells Beach in just 25 minutes.   
Barwon Heads is also known for two world-class golf courses.   
The Bluff lookout, walks and bike trails are all a must and the Jirrahlinga Koala and Wildlife Sanctuary is only five minutes away.   
Bonnie's at Barwon is the perfect house to base yourself whilst you venture out and explore this beautiful region returning home to unwind and relax.   
Just a 75 minute freeway drive to Melbourne means an easy commute to work if needed, leaving the family to enjoy their seaside home during the holidays.   
Swim in the wide and picturesque river estuary or along the sandy river foreshore at the river mouth. Cast a line for a spot of fishing or, for more heart-racing adventure, head to the Bluff at Thirteenth Beach for some lively surfing action.

The property was very clean and had everything. The linen was beautiful and the property was styled perfectly. Jeanette was great to deal with. Great location very close to beach. Great property for kids. Cooling in every room made the hot days very comfortable inside.
