This large, characterful cottage is located in a small hamlet of three houses, with no direct neighbors overlooking the property. After climbing three steps from the private parking area, a first terrace welcomes you at the front of the house. Inside, enjoy a beautiful living area comprising a lounge with a television, Wi-Fi, and sofas. The old open fireplace harmoniously separates the lounge area from the children's play area and the dining room with its fully equipped kitchen.

Two short steps lead to two bedrooms, each with a 140 x 190 cm bed. There is a separate shower room and a separate toilet. At the rear, a private, unfenced courtyard (seven steps) furnished with garden furniture, a relaxation area, a barbecue, and parasols invites you to share wonderful moments with family, while children have a lovely space to play. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms await you: two with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). Two shower rooms, two separate toilets, and air conditioning in all bedrooms ensure excellent comfort.
For families, baby equipment (travel cot and high chair) is available upon request. Private parking allows for easy parking of several vehicles.
Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms on the first floor. Stay in Bars, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, in a spacious house that can accommodate up to 10 people. Its prime location allows you to discover the major tourist attractions of the Dordogne: Lascaux IV, just 12 km away, Les Eyzies, Roque Saint-Christophe, Château de Losse, and Le Bugue with its aquarium. Stroll through the markets of Montignac-Lascaux, Le Bugue, or Sarlat-la-Canéda to discover local flavors. Canoeing on the Vézère River, hiking, charming villages, and local cuisine will make your stay an unforgettable experience to share with family or friends.
