Thank you for a very comfortable stay, with exceptional staff who were very helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast was free and delicious.

Professional, yet friendly staff . . . everything else is per norm for an IHG Hotel. Bars & restaurants within 10mins, will use again next time I'm this way and would recommend to anyone 👌👍😎

on the whole the hotel is very good but let down by consistently cold breakfast and poor response by breakfast staff as to problems with breakfast equipment and re-supply

Excellent hotel
The room was exactly as it appeared in the photo, we had a standard double and it was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities as described. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Good choice for breakfast, a machine for coffee or hot chocolate, croissants and muffins, fruits and cereals, cooked breakfast. The only 2 disappointments for me were the sausages were more like hot dog sausages and I couldn’t get a fried egg (I asked the man who was filling the hot food trays and he said it was scrambled egg only). These weren’t an issue for me and don’t effect my rating which will still be 5 stars, would definitely stay again

Great staff so welcoming, helpful and friendly to all guests and my toddler loved the company at breakfast and lounge area. Great quiet spot only a half hour drive to and from the lakes aswell at a great price

Very Nice hotel.
Very Nice hotel. Clean comfortable. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend. On-site parking is not enough. Had to park offside in paid parking.

Cold night in Barrow
The hotel is very nice but on this night it was around minus 6 degrees and the room was cold, the air con would not stay on so I had a terrible nights sleep, also some of the breakfast items were cold tut tut this is basic stuff for a chain

Hotel was very clean comfortable and an excellent price, location and value Off special mention was the food service and specifically the breakfast which was typical continental with a full traditional English, all included in the price. Will be our go to place for Barrow-in-Furness.

Great hotel. Fantastic staff always making conversation and making you feel at home. Breakfast perfect. Right in centre of town. The offsite parking is very close by 30 second walk. Evening meals could be better.
