"The air conditioning blew a fuse and stopped working. The bunk beds needed more padding to be usable. The chemical scent on the linens made my face break out. My face always breaks out from exposure to chemicals. No sand beach and swimming was not possible, so disappointed. Good parts were the sound of the waves. Messaged communications were adequate. The place looked clean. It was a fun experience to stay in the RV. Television, refrigerator were good. Option of the deck shower/toilet was good. Despite the need for iron gate, the place seemed safe. Friendly."

"Excellent staff: front desk, breakfast, maids, some security staff, but not the managers and the supervisors. Although we are clearly stated that there should be no visitors in the rooms, but unfortunately we needed assistance, for help a handy cap elderly, the response was that they weren't a hospital—this phrase happened several times, and that we had to pay the night for every visit in the room. However, another supervisor change the version, just register the health assistant We are simply asking for human compassion. "
