The hotel was very nice we stay 2 nights staff at the front desk is very helpful and make you feel welcome, breakfast was great lunch and dinner is also good to be included we really enjoy or stay and we definitely planning to come back and stay in this location again thank you portobello for all and you staff at the desk always with a smile.

There was a maggot in my salad. The room was clean, the staff were helpful. The sink in our bathroom was cracked. Which made on of the faucets/taps leak in our bathroom, there was water all over the floor. We did not know there were two parts to the hotel. The old part and the new part. The elevator in the old part had no air conditioning, it just blew hot air. The new part of the hotel looked a lot better there was air conditioning in the elevators. The food was very limited in terms of choice both restaurants served the same food which was disappointing. I found a worm/MAGGOT in my salad, after seeing that there was no more desire for me to stay so I moved to a new hotel. There was also no temperature control in the shower it was hot or hot. I requested a refund through Expedia and got less than a quarter of my money back.
