The front desk lady was amazing - she helped us out when our UBER meal was delivered without any utensils and my daughter’s fries were missing ketchup!!! So nice. Unfortunately the room smelled like a lot of dogs. We had a pet friendly room but it had been very friendly to pets…

Worst experience I ever at a hotel. Hotel was full of teams. Sadly hockey parents were partying in the hallway until 2:30am. No amount of pleading on my part with the parties or the front desk lead to them going into a room. The hotel really needs to get a handle on this for tournament weekends or lose all other business. Very disappointing.

staff was great...short of towels ...brought them upright away...forgot to ask for seniors rate...hockey tournament crowd in motel ....bad crowd but not as noisy as some...should clear halls by 10pm..

Our stay was good. No real Complaints, hotel a little dated but staff are excellent. A little noisy, we were on the first floor to accommodate our dog and there a lot of banging etc. But overall would stay again!

Unfortunately there was a large group of kids who were slamming doors ,yelling, running the hallway. Till midnight…. The chaperones were also loud and had no control with the kids… No respect for other guests.
