There is a master bath on the first floor and one other small bathroom on the 2nd floor which was shared by 6 individuals. Also the 4 people sleeping in the 2 bedrooms upstairs needed to come downstairs in the middle of the night if they needed the bathroom. The downsides were the bathroom sink did not drain properly and black mold floated out of the drain, and the bathroom towels were extremely musty smelling. In addition, sadly, the outdoor seating was unusable as it appeared an animal had urinated on two of the cushions, and the others were wet from morning condensation. "This place overlooks Miles Pond and is spacious and clean. The towels and washcloths are quite plush and the beds are fairly comfortable - maybe a little softer than I normally prefer, but not complaining. The house comes with 2 kayaks and a canoe to use, which I didn't see in the listing. THAT was a great amenity, as it allowed me to spend one afternoon with a family of loons on the pond. "It's a nice house, nice neighborhood, close to the highway but you don't really hear it. It doesn't have A/C and the first couple days were miserable because the humidity was awful and the fans didn't do anything. The house is good for 10 people to sleep but doesn't offer enough towels only 8 towels for 10 people and the kitchen needs more silverware, mugs and a coffee maker.
