L'hôtel est bien situé à 5 minutes à pied du front de mer et 15 minutes de la vieille ville. L'hôtel est très agréable, les chambres sont très bien et le petit déjeuner est très varié. « Chambre avec vue sur la Cathédrale Sainte-Anastasie : quel bonheur chaque matin ! Il est idéalement situé dans le vieux centre-ville de Zadar. Malgré sa situation centrale, c'était assez calme (on y est allé fin octobre). Ce n'est pas vraiment un hôtel au sens français mais plutôt un Airbnb professionnel où vous allez chercher les clés dans le restaurant d'à côté. Vous êtes à 5 min de taxi de la gare routière. »
