The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a 55-inch smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, dishwasher, crib, and high chair. Private parking can be provided upon request (for a fee and subject to availability) and public street parking can be provided for a fee. Pets are not allowed. Two elevators are available in the building. The feeling is that of staying on a boat, as it is an eighth-floor penthouse with a private sea-view terrace and with beach access 20 meters away. The sound and scent of the sea will lull you for your entire stay. The facility has an agreement with a gym and osteopathy center in the same building that offers, for a fee and by appointment, personal training, osteopathic treatments and relaxing, decontracting and shiatsu massages directly on the terrace or in the gym. Breakfast is included. Plenty of space and well stocked with basics for a short stay. Milk, juice, coffee, water and snacks were very nice to have! The breakfast bread was delicious. We also ordered dinner in one evening from Dario’s restaurant and it was DELICIOUS !Dario was very helpful and accommodating when arrival time kept changing and always available for advice. The only thing I can think of that would have been handy was a beach towel, but that is easy enough to pack! I definitely recommend this modern well equipped apartment! ##### Joan G.
