The property was average but the room had a window but not really useful as no real natural light. Also the rooms were not very sound proofed and could hear most thing's. The staff were very good.

I found the hotel conveniently located for a convention at the Fira Gran. I was able to walk to the convention center in about 25 minutes and it was fairly convenient to take the metro to some of the sights. There a re plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby and there is a mini fridge in the hotel. I found it very clean and the staff are friendly. The walls are a bit thin and it's possible to hear other guests but the rooms are quite spacious.There was a problem with the drain in my room that resulted in a bad smell during my stay but I don't think this is a regular issue. Overall, it was very good value for the money. While I prefer to be closer to the center of the city for sight seeing and historical charm, it's less crowded with tourists and more calm around the Serennia.

This hotel is amazing if you go for a soccer game. Super close to Camp Nou. Excellent conditions and safe. Front desk staff very nice and helpful.

Good stay at a great price.
Overall, this is a good place to stay for the price. The room was fine and the staff were all very friendly. The downside is the location. It's not close to city center or tourist areas, but there is a metron station a short walk away that gets you anywhere you need to go. Quiet, clean room with several decent restaurant options very close by.

The hotel room was clean. A lot of restaurants and convenient stores in the area, also a supermarket. Metro was about 8 mins walk, about 30 mins ride to go to city center. The front desk lady was super nice! Will come again!

Stayed for More of Everything
Hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood but with access to restaurants, stores, and the metro. Rooms were clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Kate at the front desk was wonderful, providing great information for things to do and see around Barcelona. We liked the hotel (and Kate) so much, we extended our stay 2 nights.

We only stayed one night. Jet lagged and exhausted. But the room was perfect, clean and comfortable. Right across from the most tasty place to eat in the neighbourhood, Restaurante Milagros. Staff was very helpful, especially the next day to get us on our way to the train station. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel appears to be newly renovated with very clean and modern rooms. The most difficult thing about the hotel was finding it as it is not well marked from the street. The young lady who checked us in, Mika, was an absolute gem! She spoke good English which really helped. She also worked to ensure our cab was going to be there at 4:00 AM to pick us up and gave us her number to call if there was an issue ... at 4:00 in the morning! Thankfully, the cab was on time but I left my cell phone on the hotel counter. A call to Mika and she saved the day by getting me back into the hotel to pick up my cell in time to make it back to the airport and onto our flight.

We stayed two nights at the end of a cruise before flying home to the U.S.A. We chose it because it was highly rated and affordable. It was definitely off the beaten path and a bit outside of city center. The pros: very clean and spacious enough to accommodate our family of 3. The room was equipped with all of the expected amenities. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was safe and had great local eateries and shopping, as well as a full grocery story just a few blocks away. The cons: finding a taxi on the fly was not easy. We figured out it was best to download the local taxi app. The one time we asked the front desk to help we were charged additional fees for the pre-arranged pick up (about $15). Also, the initial front desk staff person was not super friendly and did not speak English (I don't know that any of the staff do). That is fine - we are in Spain after all - but beyond that she just seemed annoyed and not overly helpful. To be fair, that was our experience at the other hotel we stayed at in Spain and might simply be par for the course?!? The other issue was that it was not quiet between rooms. We could hear our neighbors quite clearly - above and beside - and it was loud. However, it quieted down in time for bed so it didn't end up having too big of an impact on our experience. Either way, lovely area, but would probably opt for something more city center if we were ever to return.

The room was clean, very nice and helpful staff, but it is a basic motel that is very limited on what it does have. Two floors of rooms. Nothing else. I just feel that it is over-priced for what it offers. The area is not scenic but close to the market and restaurants

Clean and comfortable room, good shower, though no outside view from window (deep light well). Reception was not staffed for long periods, and there was security rather than reception after 9 pm. Helpful maps were provided for bus and metro, but even so it was not easy to find. It was hard to get a taxi at 4 am for return flight to come to this working class though safe neighbourhood. Overall, it suited me fine and was good value.

Not one to use!
I was unable to stay due to cancellation of flight and not able to cancel the room with a refund. The T&C’s were sent in Spanish and therefore unaware that could not cancel 48hrs beforehand! Not what I expect of Hotels.com or a hotel itself.

3 night stay in Barcelona
It was perfect for our 3 night stay exploring Barcelona .Great location in good local neighbourhood ,with plenty of shops,restaurants etc close by.Reception staff were so helpful and friendly and room , reception area so clean .Room was so spacious and very well equipped .Would definately use this accomodation again .
