Master Bedroom: Located at the front of the apartment, this bright room features a double bed and large windows.

Additional Bedrooms: Two more double bedrooms are conveniently located down the hallway. There are two bathrooms in the large accommodation. One bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a bath tub with shower.



The kitchen block is located directly in the entrance of the apartment. It is small, but offers all you need to prepare some breakfast or a meal.



Important to Know:

Please note that the building does not have a lift. However, the apartment is situated on the principal floor (equivalent to the first real floor), making it easily accessible for most guests. This is a tastefully decorated, but basic quality, apartment. It is ideal for large families and groups who are looking for budget.

Late mandatory check-in fee (excluded from the price): 35€ after 21:00 / 60€ after 00:00.



- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

Late check-out fee (upon request): 25€ for departure before 14:00.



- Maintenance Access: Guests must allow reasonable access to the property for inspection and repair of any reported maintenance issue.
