  • Une historique maison, équipé avec chemin et chauffage, rehabilitée en 2010 complètement. La maison a deux chambres à coucher avec grands lits, salle de séjour, salle à manger et petite ciusine particulière, salle de bains avec grande bagnoire et un WC séparé. Appartenir à les 95 m2, il ya une terrasse et un patio enherbé. La maison est belle fait des designers et amenagé avec de style avec des meubles historique.

    La maison est située 3 minutes au pied loin de plage sable étendue à côte de Maresme, central en coeur de la village historique de Premia de Mar. Prés des petites cafés, voisine c´est une jolie aussi, nombreuse boutiques, à la proche rue comerciale aussi bien que des boulangeries et supermarchés.

    La station du train est environ 500 métres loin de la maison. À peu prés des 10 min., le train part à Barcelone et arrive aprés 28 min. à Placa de Catalunya, la centre ville.

    La combination ideal pour des vacances culturelles à la ville avec les monuments et sur la plage

Une maison et un village de reve !

Une maison de pecheur, une boulangerie à deux pas, un super marché à trois pas, un quartier avec une vie active.... Et la mer au bout de la rue... Tout est là pour passer de bonnes vacances!

Amazing

Logement très propre, très bien decoré et idéalement situé. Tous se fait à pied, plage, restaurant, magasin, salon de massage en face du logement de très bonne qualité. Hôte réactif et à l’écoute Nous conseillons les yeux fermés.

A lovely house

Tout y était parfait pour une semaine de vacances en famille. La maison est charmante et idéalement placée dans une petite station balnéaire fréquentée par peu de touristes, c’est très agréable .Bernd est un hôte charmant ! Un grand merci à lui pour toutes ces recommandations. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir ! Le seul bémol, il n’y a pas de climatisation, c’est un peu compliqué quand on n’a pas l’habitude mais on s’adapte.

Wonderful stay at this lovely place! Great location. We sat across the street at the gathering area many times for coffee and drinks. The Italian restaurant right next to us has amazing food and desserts- the owners so friendly!

Wonderful place and location.

The cottage was just as advertised with great amenities. The hosts recommendations were spot on which really helped with where to go and what to see. The train station is right around the corner so we took it into Barcelona almost everyday. There is a wonderful Italian restaurant right next door as well as a pub on the same block! It was great.

Wonderful stay

Location of property is prefect for someone wanting to stay outside of Barcelona. Great beach nearby. Easy access to train and train ride to Barcelona is about 30 mins. Property has everything you need to enjoy your stay and extremely well maintained Restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores extremely close by property. Would not hestitate to stay there again. Bernd ( owner) was easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions asked.

Nice and cozy

Spacious House in the City Center of Premia de Mar. It was very clean, had two bathrooms and a small but fully equipped Kitchen. In the Backyard ist a nice place to eat or just enjoy yourself. Everything you need ist only a few steps away. The best bakery in Town and a good Restaurant directly in the neighbourhood. Great location and friendly host

After a long plane ride from USA, it was very nice meeting Bernd at the house. He was very friendly and helpful and had some great tips. The house itself is very clean and in a safe area near restaurants, bakeries and the market. The proximity to the sea and train station was very convenient. My twelve year old son and I loved the beautiful terrace and eating fresh croissants and crepes from the local restaurants after a busy day exploring beautiful Barcelona.

We loved this exquisite home. Our family of 4 stayed for a week. The beds were comfortable. The place is elegant and lovingly furnished. A real delight to rest in after a busy day in the city. It’s in a quiet town right by the sea. Yet the train is easy to use, quick and inexpensive. We enjoyed coffee in the courtyard. We’ve stayed in many places in the world and this is the best one we’ve ever been in. We would definitely return.

Liebevoll renoviertes Fischerhäuschen

Das Häuschen ist sehr schön hergerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist für eine kleine Familie oder ein bis zwei Pärchen perfekt. Es gibt auch einen eigenen, ruhigen Innenhof mit Esstisch, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Lage ist perfekt: Fußweg zum Strand und Bahnhof ca. 10 Minuten. Es sind reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Umgebung vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Vielen Dank!

The property owner was an outstanding host and ranks among the very best we’ve encountered. The cottage was exceptionally clean, with an admirable simple elegance that matched the photos and descriptions perfectly. The neighborhood is culturally rich and the cottage is just a few minutes away from good dining options, the beach, and the train/taxi station. This is a truly special place. We particularly enjoyed taking baths in the spacious bathtub and preparing meals with fresh local fruits and vegetables in the beautiful, intimate private courtyard. Highly recommend!

Als wir fuhren, haben wir das Meer schon vermisst…

Sehr schöne, saubere Haus. Freundlicher Vermieter, sehr vorkommen und nett; (als wir ihm gebetet haben um 6 Uhr zu kommen wegen Übergabe, war er da). Dass einzige kleine Minuspunkt war der fehlende eigene Parkplatz… aber paar Minuten laufen und diese Problemchen war auch gelöst. Ich würde immer wieder zurück kommen.

Our recent trip to Barcelona was made more pleasurable with our stay at this stunning house. The property was immaculate and maintained to very high standards. I absolutely loved the courtyard where we ate breakfast every morning with delicious food from the local bakers. The bedding and towels were all very good quality, and thoughtful gestures of water and milk on arrival were greatly appreciated. Our host Bernd was wonderful. He was thorough in his explanation of the property and its surroundings. The local restaurants serve excellent quality food with a lovely atmosphere and service. I would highly recommend this beautiful house to anyone wanting a luxury stay during their vacation.

Beautiful and unique property in great location

Really spacious property, is much bigger than it looks in the photos. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. It's in a great location, there are a few places to eat just a short walk away and a lovely Italian restaurant right next door. Opposite the restaurat there is a square where people gather to drink and children play, it's a really nice family atmosphere. Just be aware the stairs in the property may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility.

Paradise by the sea

We spent a week at this lovely property outside Barcelona. A wonderful space with antique furniture and fantastic outdoor areas (2). The place was very clean, the host was very thorough with check-in, and gave us tips for restaurants and taking the train into Barcelona. We had a rental car and worried about parking but it was nearby and cheap. The only two minor negatives were that there was no shower, just a tub, and the WiFi signal is fairly weak. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to relax and enjoy life outside central Barcelona, you’ll love this house!

The property was beautiful, furnished tastefully with antiques throughout. Our host was so kind and warm, and provided all of the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable! Unheard of! There is no freezer, but we made do w a bag of ice in the crisper that we drained daily. The rear patio garden is lovely and gets amazing sunlight most of the day. There is a working wood burning fireplace, but the weather was gorgeous all week so we didn’t need it. Next door is a fantastic Italian restaurant with the most wonderful hostess. We became practically best pals. It’s wonderful to be so near the sea, as well. The area is quiet and a great respite from the crowds of Barcelona, yet so near the train station, and lots of nice places to shop or sit with a glass of wine. My only suggestion is a bedside table w lamp in the rear bedroom. Otherwise, our stay was ideal!

Loved Premià de Mar and Home

We had a great time in Premià de Mar! Home was quaint and pictures are reliable. No AC and mosquitoes were very bad. We bought mosquito spray and were able to keep windows open. I’m sure this is a seasonal thing but just be prepared. Local grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and beach were great! Easy to catch train into Barcelona. 10 min walk to station and about 25 mins to city center. Brend, the owner was very helpful and made everything easy. If you want to enjoy the Barcelona area in a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place.
