Good customer service Clear prices of mini bar Comfortable room and bed However the kettle had no ameneties or cups, and the tap water was not drinkable and no supply of free water to use. However mercadona is a minute away so thats okay. The bath was a bit outdated but great water pressure and shower gel provided.

Wonderful accommodation, highly recommend! Staff were excellent and always ready to assist with anything. Food for breakfast was always prepared fresh with a variety of different options. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

It was a great experience for me to stay in a hotel. Actually I was a bit worried about cleanliness before the booking, however, when I entered the room, I felt 100% satisfaction as the was really well organized and tidy. Besides these, the staffs were welcoming and friendly. Yeh, when I will travel Barcelona, I obviously choose this hotel again.

We arrived at 12:15 and requested an early check-in. Your staff was very helpful in making that happen and by 1:15 we were able to check in. We appreciate that. Staff also gave us a good recommendation for a restaurant—Bistro 1956, which was also excellent.

El personal fue increíblemente amable, profesional y simpático. La habitación siempre estaba limpia. Tuve la mejor experiencia en Badalona, ​​España. Me encantó que hablaran español, que es mi idioma principal. Me impresionó mucho la cantidad de idiomas que hablaban. The staff was incredibly nice and professional and friendly. The room was always cleaned. I had the best experience in Badalona, Spain. I loved that they spoke Spanish which is my main language that I speak. I was very impressed by how many languages they spoke.

I really like the hotel and the staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious, luminous and clean I made 3 different reservations in a period of 19 days because I was traveling around. The VIP access the first time was amazing with the best room upgrade with jacuzzi and a Nespresso coffee machine. The other two reservations were in a regular room but with a king bed, in a higher level and they offered water an a late check in. I travel every year so I will always go back there.
