The hotel looked very nice from the outside, the satff spoke english and assisted me. The hotel was very close to the beach, around a 6 minute walk. However, they had dust all over the shelves where they wanted us to store our clothes. They also didn't have clean sheets. Its a good thing I bought my own pillowcase.

The property was just outside of the city - easy transport. Near to the beach - was quiet and felt safe.

Hotel 2 stars not 3 need some improvement room not clean enough, bed not to comfortable and Los quality service. One nice guy in reception very polite and helpful , nice and quiet area.

The location was excellent and the microwave in the reception area was a God-send, a great addition to the hotel. The room smelt like smoke, I think blowing in from other terraces and the lady on reception didn't seem to like people very much... both of these had an impact on of overall rating.

We had a lovely stay. Hotel was clean and pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to beach and restaurants. About a 40 minute bus ride into Barcelona. We would stay again

Would stay here again
Great hotel, in short walking distance from the beach and lots of restaurants and bars but still quiet at night for sleeping. Friendly, helpful staff. Huge comfy bed, great size rooms, very effective Aircon, and the pool and our room view were both beautiful.

We needed a one night stay over before catching a flight from BCN… we wish we would have stayed longer! Pool and restaurant in the hotel, as well as lots of choices of restaurants off site. A great beach, and live band night clubs a block away. Beds were comfy and whole hotel was very clean… and what a great price! Have already recommended this hotel to friends coming by in a couple of weeks.

Check in was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious bathroom, nice balcony. Could hear a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms, the dining area and the street.

Well located small hotel within a short distance,by taxi, from the airport. It's located in a quiet residential area with easy access to a massive beach. The sea is shallow with sandbars so it's excellent for small children & anyone wanting a quiet swim. There are loads of volleyball nets, wind surf schools & frequent chiringuitos (bars on the sand). There are bus connections to the train station to reach Barcelona & Sitges quickly. The hotel has a lovely little pool & some rooms with balconies with good views of green hills - delightful for peaceful sun-downers. Close by there is a street with lots of bars & restaurants & access to the main beach. There are good bakeries & an ice cream parlour. Hotel 153 is good value for a short break.

Great stay, room was spotless and we have more than enough space, great size bathroom with tub and shower. Pool was fantastic after a day in the beach, property is close to main restaurants area and 2 min walk to the sandy beach. I would definitely stay at Hotel 135 again!

The property is in such poor shape. It’s as if they were given a shell of a building and paid someone no money to use the cheapest supplies and turn it into a hotel. The walls are scratched, marked, and have patched holes everywhere. EVERY tile in the bathroom is cracked, broken, and not installed correct. There were multiple screws sticking up out of the floor where I believe a door stop will one day go. My room was a two person room that they added a cot to to make it a “deluxe 3-person”. The pool area was nice and the lobby was nice looking, although the shoddy craftsmanship was seen everywhere including the uneven floors that I watched multiple people trip on. Beware, parking is actually $15 and is charged per DAY and not for each night of your stay vs $10 stated. And the parking is actually 3 blocks away at another hotel. Last, the people working there were amazing, kind, and helpful people and I can only say positive things about every person who works there.

Pros: Nice staff. Good location. Well updated. Clean sheets. Good size and clean pool. Must try coffee americano. Cons: Small room. In case of 3rd bed, room is just beds. No drawer. No closet. Elevator was not running when raining. All items on the Breakfast table were not constantly available. It depends to the time. WiFi just working well in some areas in the Lobby.

A break away from the English weather
On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a lovely lady she let us put our suitcases into a room before our check-in time and let us get changed to go out and enjoy the beautiful weather before we came back and checked into our room on the ground floor what was very spacious and nice and clean

Ok for 40€ and a short stay
Lift doesn't work since they are under refurbishment. First room the sink was broken, second room replacement had the shade broken, missing the shower curtain and glasses in the room. If the neighbor has deep breath you can ear them. So hope you don't have a couple having sex then... 😅 The bed was comfortable (king size) and the hall is a nice place to stay. There is a the refrigerator in the room which is appreciated.

We arrived in Spain just as the recent state of emergency was declared. As we were room only, we were stuck for eating! The hotel couldn't have been more helpful in the situation.

Great service very friendly staff great location near the beach. Prices are very reasonable. Close to the airport about a $20 cab ride. excellent shops restaurants in the area you can walk to within a few blocks.

Money well spent
It was in a quiet neighborhood, convenient, and walking distance to some activities. We stayed one night and it was worth it. I will recommend the hotel as a good place to bring a new or growing family.
