So with my recent stay at the above hotel the experience was very shocking on our arrival. We were told we may be able to have a full bed or maybe two single beds. Me and my wife were celebrating our 26th anniversary which meant that we were expecting a double bed. The assistant then said she’ll arrange a double bed for us when we were inside the room. The room was quite spacious but the heat in the room was shocking. The AC did not work. We then report this to the receptionist on our way out as we are going out for an evening meal on our return, the assistant put a fan in our room and said that you adjusted the AC, we tried to sleep. The fan was making too much noise. The room was unbearable as we had a flight to catch in the morning which is more frustrating. The night did not go smoothly just after 1 o’clock I went to see the assistant at the reception desk and explained to him that it was unbearable for us to sleep. We had a flight to catch in the morning and if you could arrange another room he looked around on the screen he said I think I may have a room for you prior to that I did call him up to let him know that I was on my way , we both went into the room upstairs. A single bed was in place he said that’s the best I can do. The room is quite Cool so we decide to move in soon as we start going to sleep banging music and loud noises as room 614 was having a big party the music and the sound continued till we left at 7am I need my refund and compensation ASAP
