We enjoyed their breakfast, the room was cleaned, the only issue we had is the light in the bathroom was not working as well as the a/c. In which we notify the staff but never got it fix. The location of the hotel is convenient there is two metro to use. Though the hotel is a bit far from all the tourist places but using the metro or the bus helps getting from one place to another. Overall hotel was great and the front desk staff were sweet.

Overall the property is tired, particularly the rooms, with tired floors and facilities. Breakfast had limited choice and the pool was open for only one day of our trip after many inquiries at reception and getting different answers. However, it's comfortable and clean enough with good connections to the airport and buses going to the centre.

The hotel is great. However the location is quite. At night, there is nothing around and it feels scary to roam around. Read some reviews of guests getting robed in front of the hotel.

Great hotel whit good transport link in and out of town. superb staff. They really go the extra mile. downside the hotel is looking a little tired and dated. I couldn’t understand the reason for charging €16 to use the sauna and that you have to wait 2 hours for the sauna to get to temperature. For me that is very unreasonable and inconvenient.

We stayed 9 days at this hotel and our stay was wonderful. The breakfast buffet is delicious with different options for everyone. The bed was big and comfortable as the shower, lots of space and endless hot water. The bathroom is also large and comfortable. The shut down window drapes helped us had a quiet rest . I will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were spacious, separate shower and toilet, large shower cabin. Daily cleaning and change of towels. Breakfast is plentiful and has a large selection. The only downside is a credit card or €100 security deposit required upon check-in.

This hotel is situated close to the Barcelona fair centre, about 15 minutes from the airport and the same to the city centre. Modern, clean rooms and helpful staff. There is little in the immediate area and only limited dining on site, but there is a huge mall with many dining options approx. 15 mins walk from the hotel. I have stayed several times and always found it satisfsctory.

Well kept hotel, great service and all, I was very happy with the whole stay. FYI this is in the business district of Barcelona so you have to take metro to the main touristy parts. There’s two or three stations that are all walkable. One downside to this hotel is that there aren’t many dinner options readily nearby, you either have to walk to a mall which takes 15-20 mins or order from the hotel menu.

It was clean and comfy, quiet area friendly staff. Just a 15-20 mins distance from the Tamblas. Needed transportation to get to Ramblas. It was one night so since we were leaving it worked just right. They lack garbage receptacles in the room, just a very tiny one in the bathroom. I’ll give it 4 stars.

The only good thing about this property is that it’s close to the Fira Gran Via exhibit. I can’t think of anything positive about it other than that. -Everything in the room that has metal in it is rusted. Because if that it doesn’t feel too clean. -no safe in the room (some rooms had it) - slow service , checkin took 20mins - air conditioning didn’t work on our first 2 nights - cafe doesn’t work on Weekends and there’s nothing to eat nearby. 1 restaurant that’s not always open is close and everything else is At least 10 mins walk.

Satisfactory for a Short Stay
It is very conveniently located between BCN city centre and the Airport with good transport connections. The included breakfast was good and the staff helpful and friendly. Our main complaint was the traffic noise which even on the 6th floor with the window open was an annoyance and one night someone was singing loudly in the early hours of the morning. Also the first room we had the safe did not work and the second room the phone did not work and there were some drain smells which however disappeared by leaving the windows open for a bit. But the beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a terrace to get some fresh air and the staff were all helpful so overall positive for the price we paid as it was about the cheapest 4* hotel in BCN. The others were all much more.

The air con didn’t work. The windows didn’t open in one of the rooms. They couldn’t get me a fan till morning as housekeepers have the only key. The handle on the toilet door broke and I was stuck in there for 25 mins while my wife was out. The room where the window opened was soo noisy so we didn’t sleep well. The breakfast cooking smells came into the room through the vents and we was on the 5th floor
